Hi Mike, The first requirement is that you have met her im person. If not you cant get her here on any visa except a tourist visa and keep her here. Work visas are not transferable. If you have met her in person and can proove it with copies of airline tickets, hotel bills, pictures, etc then you can file for a fiancee visa (K-1), If approved thenyou can bring her here for 90 days in order to marry her. If you dont marry her within the 90 days she is required to return to her home country. It depends on what country she is from as to how hard it is to get her here and how long it takes.
