I got to know an Isan woman through another dating site. We wrote to
each other for a while but never met as I haven't been to Thailand
yet. She was not a bargirl. She told me a New Yorker promised to
divorce his old Thai wife to marry her but he kept her waiting far too
long. Her English was not great but good enough to communicate. Wanna

I don't think a woman should be branded sincere of insincere on
account of the country she is from. There are both sincere and
insincere women(and men) in every country in the world. If you're
lucky enough to come across one, hold dear to her no matter where she
is from. With so many free online dating sites available, one can pick
and choose and date many at the same time. Sounds like fun, doesn't
it? But that means whoever you meet might be doing the same thing -
dating many besides you. So if you're looking for sincerity, a dating
site is not an ideal place to look. Online, it's so easy to lie. Thus
a lot of people lie.

Very true too!!
Though the initial purpose might not have been for dating, the word
'romance' in the group's naming has obviously been misleading a lot of
people to join in, hoping they might find some romance here.
