There are 14 foreign countries with USA permanent military burial grounds.
In the Philippines the Manila American Cemetery members of the Philippine Scouts and Philippine Army units that fought with us are entitled to be interred there.
I think there are some commemorative ceremonies in these places even though they are not celebrated as a holiday.
