There are a couple where you can search by nationality and location.
This first one is not availble to every country in the world, my friend in Cebu City tried and they delete her profile a few minutes after she type it in.

I know too asian women relatively well, one I met through photography, quite by acident, and my phone is plugged up with her mesages and mised calls, but we talk every day, a couple times.
I have met her boyfriend. He is a member of Balboa Bay Club which has $70,000 annual membership fee. And I am broke. He used to be a linebacker and so that is the end of that. We are friends who do photgraphy things together.
The other one? Where did I meet her? I have known her for several years and may visit her one day. We speak on the phone once and we send email and we talk on yahoo messenger when we can. We talk on Yahoo Messenger today for a couple hours.

It was some years ago, and the group members say bad things to her because she did not live up to their expectations. I wrote nice email to her and she tell me that some guy in Japan warned her to stay away from me.
She was in Shanghai and he English was not so good so she did not understand the snide remarks from group members then but we go on Yahoo Messenger a bunch of times and over he years we became friends.
Back then she used translator to make the English words, and it spoke the words too, but it was a Chinese translator so first time I talk to her on the phone, when she think she could speak, it was hard for me to tell what she say.
She wanted to know how to get ready to come to USA and I told her to get a driver's license and she did. She is here now, Washington somewhere and is thinking of moving to Oregon.
Oh yeah, I also meet one on a movie set where we were background extra people but we keep playing phone tag so I have not met her since.
