You are not old at all.
You may be fast appraoching muddle age. Past being a snip of a kid.

I married Gina when I was 55. In 2 weeks we will have been married 31
years, (April 22)

I am not wealthy. I am too poor to qualify for a dime of financial help promised to our middle class.

Perhaps you look for love in the wrong places.

I am still a happy husband.

Steve you are so right. I've had really bad luck in my search of a wife. they are out there. I know and I will find the right one.

I think your chances could be very good if you had the right attitude. I am 45, am married to a beautiful Chinese lady that is 34. I am not rich, and I do not think of myself as good looking, but I am not too fat and unlgy. I have offered many times to send my wife money, both before and after our wedding. She always tells me "NO", she knows that I have little money. She does not come from a rich family, so she could use the money.

What I am trying to say is: There are many great Asian ladies out there that are looking for a husband that will respect them. Not all are looking for the sugar daddy. And not all want to marry a Brad Pitt look alike, if you know what I mean.

Re: [asianamericanromance] Re: looking for a wife

I've yet to ever meet a asian woman who wasn't just listen to the first few question they ask. Before they even ask who you are. That is a dead give away about who you are talking too. If a woman ask me in the first few questions what I drive and do I own a home or what is my job title. I'm turn off and they never get pass first base with me. I'm usually out to have fun like dance talk and laugh and enjoy the people I'm with. Not prove my static in life. I've seen so many of the ladies loss out of really nice things because there priorities were out of line. I will dress way down just to look like I've got nothing to see who and what they are looking for. hahaha Hell I've learn a long time ago to tell everyone you are broke until you learn who you are talking too. Take the advise brothers. I don't mind spending money, I just want to know who it is I'm spending it on.
