[asianamericanromance] Re: newb saying hi

Have you sat down, and asked about her day? Asked her about her
Family, friends, culture? Finding some time to listen to her helps.
When was the last time you held her hand?

Re: [asianamericanromance] For Americans seeking Asian Brides-

I believe 'Isan' is the northeastern part of Thailand, not a province.

There are many provinces in Isan, such as Udon, Ubon, and Ko-rat...etc.

But of course, Isan women are generally darker than the women from the North. They also have kind of square face and flater nose bridge. They look a bit like the Laotians and their dialect sounds like Laotian too. This is not a surprise considering the fact that Laos is only a walk-over-a-bridge away. Even before the Friendship Bridge was built, the Laotians and Isan people had no problem crossing the Mae Kong River in boats and ferries. They didn't even need a passport or a visa for that purpose.

Most bar-girls are from very poor families, most poorly educated, and all are after your money. So if you have a fat wallet, and want a warm body to cuddle with without much effort, a bar-girl is the right choice. But if you want clever conversations, look somewhere else.

There is a vast difference in what a woman is looking for from many
Asian countries. It is very wise to acquaint yourself with the mindset.
I recommend Bangkok Diaries " Billy Bangkok's" Tongue Tied Farangs is
one of the articles that will help you comprehend the difference in
culture and the ideals that are prevalent. "Bar Girl Bank account" and
other experiences that will be related to you will arm you with the
understanding that is necessary to relate to women there and many other
places in South Asia.
Do not emotionally of intellectually expect the same values for
their way of life is so very different. Also be aware that there is
a "color" bar. Notice the Advertisements and you will see almost only
light skinned women. This is also something to be aware of as the
darker skinned come from a province called Issan.

If you are a risk taker and adventurer take heed.
