Hi, I am assuming that VN is Vietnam and not american abreviation for something else that google can not find. From this I think you would see that not all vietnamese women are the same, same as not all chinese are.
Or all americans,etc. So I dont think anyone can really answer you with all chinese are hot tempered or good. The best all of us can do is consider the person you are interested in. Of course some cultural bias exists (food, appearance, some attitude,etc) but I could not call any one group good or terrible because of this.
My advice is to consider hard if she is who you are interested in based on what you do know and can find out about HER and not all chinese. There will be some big cultural challenge for you both, but I am sure you both know of this anyway.
I am probably biased tho. My parents are from mainland china but moved to singapore where i was born. I am now in Australia. I can say my parents are nice, does that help you any? ^^
