What do you want to know? Is there a particular culture you have in
mind? If you are in the Detroit Metro area there are a lot of things,
including the Japanese Embassy and the Chinese Cultural Centers. There
are also a lot of things in the Ann Arbor area. I would suggest
starting with a language class, but if there is a particular interest
you have in mind (movies, cooking, dance, martial arts, etc.) there are
quite a few places around.
