It is not that hard to get her here but it is a rather long process. 

 

First you must meet her in person, which will mean a trip to China or some other country that she can travel to.

 

Then you come back to the states and file  forms for her to come here.  You can either file a I-129f for her to come here as a fiancee or a I-130 for her to come as a spouse, provided you got married when you met her.

 

Either way you will have a 6-12 month wait for her to arrive in the states.    You also have to be making  125% of the poverty level to petition for her or have someone who quilifies to help with the support petition.

 

If you are serious and want to bring her here I will try to help all I can.

 

Your cost just to get here here will be at least 1500 dollars including tickets, then you will have forms to file after she gets here that will be rather expensive.
