I suggest you ask the people at the Chinese Embassy here.
I would not not only be interested in the easiest but also the
fastest.
For me a phone call to the office Gina was dealing with
speeded things a lot.
I called one day and the next day Gina was called to come in for her
papers.

Of course, I am no expert and I am not up on the latest. There are
members here far more qualified than I. I hope they give you advice.

i am assuming that it is a K-3 visa, I have someone working on it for me. She is my wife, I went to vietnam to marry. After the last e-mail I sent the wife called me and has an appointment set already it is May 15 so I am hoping that she will be here shortly after. In a couple of weeks i will call the congressman again and see if he can help again.. He seems to be speeding things up a bit, which is a good thing. Maybe you should contact your local congressman to see if he can help..

Hi Bill,

Am K-1 visa is a fiancee visa (where you are bringing the lady here to marry her). A K-3 visa is where you went to her country and already married her and are petitioning for her to come here. A visitors visa is where she is only asking to come visit. Visitors visas are very hard to get. Which kind did you file. If you didnt file with USCIS for some kind of visa for marriage or to bring her as a family member, then the only thing left is a visitor or work visa. You have no control over visitor visas and can not help her get one in any way except for sending her the money to apply.

Let me know and I will try to adv ise on what I know.

There are two ways you can go about it. Will you marry in China or

You can go online to USCIS.gov and download some forms and
directions. If you go to China to wed you can download form I-130 for
starters. If you intend to marry within 90 days of your fiance
entering the U.S., and have met in person within two years before
your filing you can start by downloading directions for I-129F,
Patition for Alien Fiance(e) Good Luck and ask questions as you go.
