There are two ways you can go about it. Will you marry in China or
will she come here to marry you?
You can go online to USCIS.gov and download some forms and
directions. If you go to China to wed you can download form I-130 for
starters. If you intend to marry within 90 days of your fiance
entering the U.S., and have met in person within two years before
your filing you can start by downloading directions for I-129F,
Patition for Alien Fiance(e) Good Luck and ask questions as you go.
