I dont want to burst your bubble but if she is young, single, and not from a very rich family,  you will not get a visitors visa for her  The US does not like young single filipinas here on a visitors visa. 

 

If you are serious about her you need to go see her.  Then if you want to marry her you can come home and petition her as a fiancee.  Or you can marry her while on  the trip to see her and petition her as you wife.  Either way you are looking at 8 to 12 months to get her to the states.

 

I believe it cost 135 dollars for her to apply for a visitors visa, after she gets a passport.

 She would have to show many compelling reasons to return to the PI or to HK.

 

If you petition her as a fiancee or as your wife I will be glad to help you with all the paperwork.

hello all,
My name is Tom. I have a filipena friend who lives in Hong Kong.We have
been writing for over 8 years now and i would like to bring here here
for 3-4 weeks as a visit. if all goes well we will start planning a
wedding in a year. how do we do this? who do i contact to get the
proper paperwork to do all of this. I'm in Northeast Iowa and I don't
know where to turn.
