[asianamericanromance] Hello

Hello everyone, and Sawat-dee Khwan!

I am american-born with an interest in asians and asian culture. I
spent 18 months in Bangkok during the viet nam war, and I currently
have a chinese-born girlfriend who is a naturalized u.s. citizen.

She has been in the U.S. for almost 30 years and there are still come
traditional Chinese cultural values that she clings to which causes
conflict in our relationship from time to time.

I am glad this group is here and I hope to participate in a meaningful
way.
