It is not just looks but how they are treated!!! Western women have so many advantages Political correctness, etc that average men have a difficult time. If a man is rich or very talented or has unusual social skills and is over 28 he is treated very poorly. Many men concentrated on career and paying child support so by the time they are free they have not the social circle nor social skills. Most men want a beautiful wife but over weigh and obesity is rampant in the US with 66% overweight or obese, plus the ageist factor. Women in the western countries have a lot of rights. Men are in many situations at a disadvantage.
When they visit Asian countries they find a culture that is accepting and welcoming. If they never had an attractive GF they are gladly shocked! I remember a interview with a Navy Officer about the now abandoned Subic Bay base. He said the problem he had were young sailors having never had a pretty girl get over whelmed by the Pinay women who flocked to work near the base. They would think they were "in Love" not knowing the problems that awaited them back home if they married a Pinay woman.
Western men have no advocate. They are supposed to obey the Tyranny of Political correctness. Men do not usually "cheer" each other on to be socially successful. Males are competitive (some) and those who are not are left as "friends" by most Western Women.
