Weel first it isn't a goverment site, the domain is .org and not .gov. The state department would be in charge of this. the owner of this domain has his city and state as Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. Click on one of the language translator links at the bottom of the page and you get about 10 different pop up windows. And lastly there is a page with costs(didm't really read it), but the costs has euro signs. Hope this helps some

My good friend and my driver in Phnom Penh asked me to dheck this out
for him.
I had heard of this from a man in Thailand a few years ago.
From what I understood at that time was that a lottery was held at the
U.S. Embassy in Bangkok to fill a yearly quota of 100 Thais to become
permanent residences in the U.S.
