Re: [asianamericanromance] How Important is Religion in Relationship?

I have a Thia girlfriend that is buddist.  I lover her and her religion.  Buddist simply practice their beliefs by themselves.  They do not feel the need to broadcast Buddism to others or the world.   There is no desire to "convert" everyone around them into Buddist as there is with christan religions and with the muslims.

Every religion sould be more like Buddism.  Just believing what you believe without needed to convert others to your belief or labeling them sinners.

I posted this in my main group:

But I also think the question is important and on-topic here.

This is something I curious and think about because I have some friends from
Thailand and they all Buddhist. And some have problems with living in Country
like USA where most people Christian.

And one even have husband who say she need change to Christian.

How important for you (Group Members) that wife or girlfriend have same religion
as you? Is different religions OK and some not? Like Jewish OK but Muslim not
(example)

I even know some Christian who not like other Christian if they not same
(example-Catholic v. Jehova Witness).

So-if you meet perfect woman who is beautiful and smart and have good
personality. But she wrong religion-can you still be with her?
