First, you need to communicate.

Second, you have to look beyond the fact she's Asian and see the person.

You don't want to fetishisize a person because they are a type. That is not treating them as an equal. For example, our hostess the birthday girl, is smart and funny. That is more important than her moody sexy looks. She is a good person. Remember communication is only possible between equals. You cannot objectify anyone.

So establish you're open and available to commit. Express your emotions. You're in if she want a relationship.
